Of the many things Shonia does well, I'll focus on her ability to add value by coming to meetings prepared and with an agenda for moving projects forward. Some people show up on calls and "wing it" -- she clearly prepares, and that lets her anticipate questions and concerns. She also combines focus and positivity to give calls (and the overall projects) a sense of forward momentum, which is valuable. Shonia has been a real value-add to our work, and I appreciate both her preparation and energy that she brings to our meetings!
