Shonia joined NCR during a period of turmoil and transition. She and I connected electronically and over tele-conferences frequently as a way to assist in her orientation to the company and its processes. I found Shonia to be enthusiastic (but realistic), knowledgeable, and keen to apply her previous professional experience to her new environment.
